explicaban las diferencias entre AGV y AMR, as\u00ed como las prestaciones diferenciales del AMR.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Work options on AMR smart vehicles<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this article, we want to expose<\/span><b> the 2 possible work options for AMRs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, considering whether it is better for these<\/span><b> intelligent vehicles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to make use of all their capabilities, and allow them to avoid the obstacles that arise while executing their different routes, or, on the contrary, it is preferable to have more control over their movements and that they work with established virtual paths.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:center;--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-34655\" AMR virtual paths<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The answer depends on the needs of the application in question.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, on some occasions, if the vehicle is small, and its operating space is crowded by many people, avoiding the obstacle can be an efficient approach. This is the case of <\/span><b>autonomous cleaning or disinfection robots<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> so used during this Covid pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, it is important to highlight that for most industrial applications, using a virtual fixed route to manage AMR missions is the best option, since production plants require precise recurring movements to achieve efficient processes. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main reasons behind this choice are listed below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moving around an obstacle reduces overall efficiency, and can lead to straying from the optimal route.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34674 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-200x44.jpg 200w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-300x66.jpg 300w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-400x88.jpg 400w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-600x133.jpg 600w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-768x170.jpg 768w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-800x177.jpg 800w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In complex and space-constrained environments (such as industrial production plants), there is often no room to move around obstacles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In large vehicles, personnel may not be sure how the vehicle will avoid the obstacle, causing stressful situations and increasing the perception of risk among operators (even when the risk is minimal due to laser safety systems).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traffic management is much more efficient with the virtual route tracking option.
