l&#8217;AMR.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Options de travail sur les v\u00e9hicules intelligents AMR<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans cet article, nous voulons exposer les <\/span><b>2 options de travail possibles pour les AMR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en consid\u00e9rant s&#8217;il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable que ces <\/span><b>v\u00e9hicules intelligents <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">utilisent toutes leurs capacit\u00e9s, et leur permettent d&#8217;\u00e9viter les obstacles qui surviennent lors de l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution de leurs diff\u00e9rents itin\u00e9raires, ou, au contraire, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&#8217;avoir plus de contr\u00f4le sur leurs d\u00e9placements et qu&#8217;ils travaillent avec des chemins virtuels \u00e9tablis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:center;--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" Chemins virtuels AMR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9ponse d\u00e9pend des besoins de l&#8217;application en question.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par exemple, \u00e0 certaines occasions, si le v\u00e9hicule est petit et que son espace de fonctionnement est encombr\u00e9 par de nombreuses personnes, \u00e9viter l&#8217;obstacle peut \u00eatre une approche efficace. C&#8217;est le cas des <\/span><b>robots autonomes de nettoyage ou de d\u00e9sinfection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tant utilis\u00e9s durant cette pand\u00e9mie de Covid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&#8217;autre part, il est important de souligner que pour la plupart des applications industrielles, l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;un itin\u00e9raire fixe virtuel pour g\u00e9rer les missions AMR est la meilleure option, car les usines de production n\u00e9cessitent des mouvements r\u00e9currents pr\u00e9cis pour obtenir des processus efficaces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les principales raisons de ce choix sont list\u00e9es ci-dessous :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se d\u00e9placer autour d&#8217;un obstacle r\u00e9duit l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 globale et peut conduire \u00e0 s&#8217;\u00e9loigner de la trajectoire optimale.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34674 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-200x44.jpg 200w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-300x66.jpg 300w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-400x88.jpg 400w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-600x133.jpg 600w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-768x170.jpg 768w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta-800x177.jpg 800w, https:\/\/andyor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ruta.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les environnements complexes et \u00e0 espaces limit\u00e9s (comme les usines de production industrielle), il n&#8217;y a souvent pas de place pour contourner les obstacles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cas d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule de grandes dimensions, le personnel peut ignorer comment celui-ci \u00e9vitera l&#8217;obstacle, provoquant des situations stressantes et augmentant la perception du risque chez les op\u00e9rateurs (m\u00eame lorsque le risque est minime en raison des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 laser).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gestion du trafic est beaucoup plus efficace avec l&#8217;option de suivi d&#8217;itin\u00e9raire virtuel. Si les AMR choisissent leurs propres itin\u00e9raires pour \u00e9viter les obstacles, les probl\u00e8mes de trafic de la flotte sont pratiquement impossibles \u00e0 \u00e9viter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si les AMR sont libres de franchir les obstacles, le personnel de l&#8217;usine peut \u00eatre moins attentif au respect des espaces libres des voies pour la circulation des v\u00e9hicules, tendant \u00e0 d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer les am\u00e9nagements pour une gestion efficace des marchandises.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En conclusion, dans la plupart des cas d&#8217;applications dans les usines de production, contr\u00f4ler le parcours des AMR par des voies virtuelles (s&#8217;arr\u00eater et attendre lorsqu&#8217;ils rencontrent un obstacle), est l&#8217;approche la plus efficace, offrant une majeure sensation de contr\u00f4le et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans l&#8217;organisation de la production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VID\u00c9O:<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Plateforme AND&amp;OR Robot Mobile Autonome (AMR)
