REZ-CC

Take out - Nissei ASB

REZ / REZ+LS

The equipment REZ is used to take out bottles from NISSEI ASB 1 step blow molding machine in an arranged and safe way. We offer different models depending on the ASB machine model (12M, 12N, 50MB, 70DPH, 70DPW, 150 DP, etc.).

This system avoids making marks and scratches on the bottles and also provides bottles arrangement over conveyor.

It can be complimented with an integrated leak tester, REZ+LS.

Take out - Aoki

REZ-G / REZ-G+LS
The equipment REZ-G is used to take out bottles from AOKI 1 step blow molding machine in an arranged and safe way. We offer different models depending on the AOKI machine model (250, 350 and 500).

This system avoids making marks and scratches on the bottles and also provides bottles arrangement over conveyor.

It can be complimented with an integrated leak tester, REZ-G+LS.

Cordon conveyor

TAC
Height adjustable cordon conveyor.

This system is completely automatic and efficient to collect bottles coming from rotary and linear blowers like SIDEL, SIPA or similar with ordered output. Thanks to this collection system it is possible to prevent all types of marks or damages.

The system allows the adaptation to different bottles’ height without having to change the height of any conveyor of the line, which reduces the time for a change-over.

Motorized belt conveyor

REC
Motorized belt conveyor. It is usually installed after the blower with a gripper take out system (with or without turning system).

In cases where there are not enough meters to adjust the conveyor’s height to different bottles’ height, the cordon conveyor (TAC) might be added after the belt conveyor (REC + TAC).

It can also be complimented with a mask if the bottles are unsteady while placing them over the belt conveyor (REC + MASK).

Integrated REZ
  • This equipment is used to take out bottles from blow molding machine in an arranged and safe way.

The REZ-CC equipment is used to take out bottles from blow molding machine in an arranged and safe way.

It includes the automatic pucks positioning, to guarantee the unstable bottles conveying.
